What is Reliance family Day?
Every year on 28th December Jio Institute celebrates Reliance Family Day on the campus to mark the birth anniversary of Founder Chairman Shri Dhirubhai Ambani.
Commemorating 40 years of Ambani’s leadership, the event marks a special occasion to honor the Reliance family and its significant contributions. On this day, Ambani gives speech to everyone from Jio institute from students, adults to young workers.

Message to ‘Youngstars’
Providing practical advice, Mukesh suggests learning from past mistakes to avoid wasting time. In the spirit of the occasion, Mukesh Ambani encourages the youth to be resilient, occasionally daring, and always focused on their objectives.
His message is not just a celebration of the past but a call to future leaders to shape a bold and visionary path. Mukesh Ambani said, “I deeply understand that all the senior leaders of Reliance are now performing their duties properly. You have to believe in the youth. Youth should be empowered. We have to advise the youth.”
He said that for RIL to become an AI-immersive tech company, skills need to be built at all levels of the company.
This year also saw the appointment of the third generation of the Ambani family in non-executive roles at the company’s board level.
Ambani stressed the need for a young talent pool, saying, “We must keep RIL forever young, keeping the average age of all our talented teams in their 30s.” Even Ambani himself started taking control of the family business at the age of 24.
He urged the employees not to worry about the mistakes of the youth. He said young leaders will make mistakes. He advised proceeding with experiences from there.
Among 10 companies
Mukesh Ambani, the leader of Reliance Industries, has set an ambition of 2024 of becoming one of the top 10 companies in the world in the coming days on the birth anniversary of his Father Dhirubhai. He said that the situation of the country and the world is constantly changing. Therefore, the way the organization has progressed in the past, it should not be complacent. He emphasized for keeping with the pace.
Mukesh asked the organization to emphasize technologies like artificial intelligence to create jobs in sectors like education, health, and agriculture in the country. According to him, skilled workers should be appointed for that purpose.
Businesses such as digital services, eco-friendly energy, retail, and oil, among others, are expected to evolve over the next year.

Ambani said, “Today, the domestic and global environments for business are changing very fast. There is simply no room for complacency.
