BJP had announced the names of 51 candidates from Uttar Pradesh in its first list for the elections.
Now, the party may surprise with the remaining candidates from other seats like Nupur Sharma, Arun Govil & Kumar Vishwas.
According to sources, from Rae Bareli to Meerut, the party is preparing to place bets on many new faces.
Bharatiya Janata Party may release the second and final list of its candidates for the Uttar Pradesh Lok Sabha elections in the next few hours. There is a possibility of many MPs being removed from this
list. Along with this, the party will also announce four candidates for the assembly by-elections.
Nupur Sharma may field from Gandhi’s dominant Raebareli, reveal sources
Sources covering BJP say that BJP’s list can be released any time and this time the party can field the party’s firebrand leader and spokesperson Nupur Sharma from Rae Bareli.
There is speculation that BJP may give ticket to Sharma from Rae Bareli, the stronghold of Gandhi family.
Also, BJP may give ticket to famous poet Kumar Vishwas from Meerut. Apart from this, Brijbhushan Sharan Singh’s ticket may also be cut from his constituency.
In its first list, BJP had announced the names of a total of 195 candidates, of which 51 were from UP.

On Monday night, a meeting of the Bharatiya Janata Party’s core committee was held in the national capital Delhi and the selection of candidates for the remaining 25 seats in UP was being discussed.
It is being claimed that a new face can be fielded in place of Upendra Rawat in Barabanki Lok Sabha seat. On the other hand, NDA’s ally Apna Dal (S) will be given its old seats only in Mirzapur and Robertsganj seats.
Sources have claimed on the famous Kaiserganj Lok Sabha seat that Brij Bhushan Singh’s wife Ketki Devi Singh or son Karan Bhushan Singh is preparing to contest the elections.
Due to the absence of names of Brij Bhushan, Varun Gandhi, Maneka Gandhi etc. in it, many kinds of speculations started being made.
Doubts on Bhushan’s tickets
It is being said that the party is preparing to field new candidates at many places. Varun and Brij Bhushan’s tickets may be canceled.
While Yogi government minister Jitin Prasad or Sanjay Gangwar can be fielded from Varun Gandhi’s Pilibhit seat, his wife Ketki’s name is also running in place of Brij Bhushan Singh from Kaiserganj .If his wife does not get the ticket then son Prateek can also be made to contest the elections.
Brij Bhushan has been an MP for several times and has considerable influence in his area. The doubt over his ticket comes after the incident last year in which female wrestlers accused Bhushan of sexual exploitation, after which the party is now preparing to cancel his ticket and give ir to someone else from the family.
Manoj Sinha’s son’s name in discussion from Ghazipur
Whereas, tickets can be given to Ramayan actor Arun Govil and Cantt MLA Amit Agarwal on Meerut seat.
Along with the current MP from Ghaziabad seat, General VK Singh, the name of Anil Aggarwal or Anil Jain is also being discussed.
Apart from this, the names of former bureaucrat Sanjay Mishra and Yogi government minister Nand Gopal Nandi’s wife Abhilasha Nadi are also in discussion on Allahabad seat, where Rita Bahuguna Joshi is not likely to get the ticket this time.
Similarly, the name of Manoj Sinha’s son Anubhav Sinha from Ghazipur is also being discussed.
Senior BJP leader Maneka Gandhi’s candidature may get cancelled
On another important seat, the ticket of sitting MP Maneka Gandhi is likely to be cut and the name of SP MLA Manoj Pandey from Sultanpur is being discussed.
Current MP Ramapati Ram Tripathi, who is trying his luck from Deoria seat, may get another chance.
Similarly, the name of Neeraj Shekhar or Anand Swaroop Shukla from Ballia has been considered. Discussion is going on in the names of Neetu Singh and Satish Mahana, daughter of sitting MP Satyadev Pachauri from Kanpur seat.
The names of Deputy CM Brajesh Pathak and folk singer Malini Awasthi are also in discussion.
Bhojpuri star singer Neha Singh Rathore From North East Delhi Against Manoj Tiwari?
Another surprising name is of Bhojpuri folk singer Neha Singh Rathore. The Congress party is reportedly planning to counter BJP’s North East Delhi bet Manoj Tiwari with a similar profile.
Such a contest could be intriguing, considering Rathore’s previous targeting of Tiwari through her songs. It’s also being reported that the Samajwadi Party may field Rathore from any Uttar Pradesh seat.
Born in Bihar, Rathore is married In Uttar Pradesh. Neha Singh Rahtore already said that if any party is ready to field her, then she will surely contest the polls.
